Growth Controls

By implementing growth controls in addition to mitigation efforts in the Upper Scioto River watershed, the current overall water quality begins to improve after 10 years. Additional growth regulations significantly reduced adverse affects of urbanization and even fostered better quality throughout most of the time sequence.
